Registration

To register for the conference you need to deposit the registration fee and submit the registration form. The accompanying persons with you would also have to deposit the registration fee and submit the registration form individually. Interested candidates are required to deposit the registration fee as per the following by September 19, 2016 September 24, 2016:

For oral presenters from Pakistan	PKR	3500	per person
For poster presenters and observers from Pakistan	PKR	3000	per person
For participants (presenters/observers) from abroad	USD	100	per person

If someone missed the deadline of September 24, 2016, an extra amount of PKR 500 (USD 5) would be charged for each of the above category but only by September 30, 2016.

While making the ATM transaction, make sure that the machine will generate the printed receipt of your transaction. Pay Ordes in original form need to be dispatched to Dr. Maria Maldonado, Incharge Institute of Languages, University of the Punjab (New Campus), Lahore. Payment of the registration fee does not mean that the organizers would provide you any accommodation or traveling facility in return.

Please submit the soft copy of the typed registration form alongwith the soft/scanned copy of the receipt of the deposit transaction to iclap2016@gmail.com by deadline in a separate email. The subject line of the registration email should read 'Registration for ICLAP 2016'. Please note again that the form should not be handwritten and/or scanned. Only the picutre in the scanned form can be inserted in the form if it is not avialable in the soft form. The registration forms found incomplete or without a copy of the receipt clearly showing the date and the amount of the fee paid would not be considered for processing. After sucessful processing of your registration application, your name would be included in the List of Reg. Participants found online.
