You have to register to present and/or attend the conference. The conference registration includes entry to all sessions, conference, materials and meals. Every attending member from among the presenters and/or observers will have to register. Please note only one paper can be presented against one registered author. For presenting more papers different co-authors must register separately.

Please note that students must register for non-student categories if a) they are also job-holders or b) they are also presenting their work orally in the conference.
Authors are requested to cooperate with the publication committee and get themselves registered by the date given in the notification emails so that the committee could proofread and prepare their abstracts for the conference book well in time.
In each category above a dsicount of PKR 500/USD 5 per person is offered if a group of 4 or more persons from the same institution/place (study or work) deposit the registration fee collectively. The registration form, however, is required to be filled out individually. The group leader is supposed to send to us one deposit receipt and all the registration forms of his/her group members together in one email. It will be better if names of all group memebrs are also mentioned on the deposit receipt.

Mode of Payment/Registration
You are required to fil out the registration form after depositing your fee using any of the payment modes indicated below and complete the registation process.
Please submit the scanned copies of (1) the filled registration form (with affixed photograph) and (2) the receipt of the deposit transaction to email@example.com by deadline in a separate email. The subject line of the registration email should read Registration for ICLAP 2017.
Please send (1) the complete registration form (with affixed photograph) and (2) the original Pay order to the following address: Chairperson, Humanities Department, NED University of Engineering & Technology, University Road, Karachi-75270, Pakistan.
The registration forms found incomplete/unreadable or without original Pay Order/a copy of the deposit receipt (in case of online/bank transfer) or with the copy of the receipt not clearly showing the date and the amount of the fee paid would not be considered for processing. After successful processing of your registration application, your name would be included in the List of Reg. Participants found online.
Please note payment of the registration fee does not mean that the organizers would provide you any accommodation or traveling facility in return.
